Frequently Asked Questions

Cruise & Travel Questions

Do I Have to Book My Own Cabin, or Is It Included?
No need to book it separately—your cabin is included in the $1,500 registration. It’s a shared cabin with another attendee, and all the logistics are handled for you.

Can I Book On My Own and Join In On The Activities?
No. All attendees must book through the group so we can maintain the integrity of the group booking and get the group perks on the back end.

Can I Choose My Cabin Location?
We assign cabins in the order people register. The sooner you book, the more options you'll have! If you have a preference, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

What Port Does the Cruise Leave From?
We sail from Los Angeles (San Pedro Port). You’ll receive full boarding details, parking info, and arrival timelines after you register.

Do I Need a Passport to Attend?
A valid passport is recommended, but U.S. citizens can sail with a government-issued photo ID and a certified birth certificate. That said, a passport makes things much easier.

Is Airfare Included in the Price?
No, travel to and from Los Angeles is not included. You’ll want to book your flights to arrive February 21 and get a hotel that night, and depart no earlier than noon on February 27.

Are Alcohol or Specialty Dining Included?
No, but regular dining, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks are included. You’re welcome to purchase drink packages or specialty dining separately through Royal Caribbean.

Will There Be Group Excursions in Cabo, or Is That Free Time?
Cabo is completely yours to enjoy! We’ll offer a few optional group hangouts or excursions, but you’re free to explore, nap, shop, or swim as you like.

What Time Should I Arrive on Embarkation Day?
You’ll get an official boarding window from Royal Caribbean (usually late morning or early afternoon), but we recommend arriving in LA the night before just to be safe.

Can I Come Early or Stay Longer in Los Angeles?
Absolutely! You’re in charge of your own travel and lodging before and after the cruise, so feel free to add a few days and turn it into a longer adventure. I always stay at the Vagabond Inn if you want to be close to me. It's at 215 S Gaffey St, San Pedro, CA 90731 (310) 831-8911.

Do I Need a Passport in Cabo?
Nope! Your Sea Pass card is all you need to get off the ship and explore the islands we are visiting on this cruise. Just make sure to bring a certified copy of your birth certificate and your current valid state ID or driver’s license.

Can I Bring My Passport?
Of course! Lines are usually shorter with a passport. Your passport must not expire before August 27, 2026 for it to be valid. They require a 6-month period after your final cruise day before your passport expires.

Do We Have to Wear Masks on the Cruise?
No, currently there are no mask requirements on the ship or at our ports of call. However, you are certainly welcome to wear one if you like at any time!

How Do I Bring Distilled Water for My CPAP?
The ship will provide you with an extension cord and a gallon of distilled water upon request. You will receive an email asking if you have any special needs with a link to fill out a form. You can request CPAP supplies in the form.

What If I Can't Find My Birth Certificate?
Many people can't! If yours is lost, please contact your state’s Bureau of Vital Statistics to request an official copy. Give yourself plenty of time for your new birth certificate to be processed and sent to you because it usually takes several weeks.

Can I Bring My Kids?
Kids 16 and up are allowed to attend the workshops, but you can bring your younger kids on the cruise—just not into the conference center.

Do I Have to Be Vaccinated?
Currently there are no requirements by Royal Caribbean or any of our ports of call for vaccinations.

Can I Book an Accessible Room?
Those cabins book very quickly, so if you need an accessible room, you need to book as soon as possible, although they may already be sold out at this point.

What If I Need a Scooter or Wheelchair?
You can rent scooters and wheelchairs and have them delivered to the ship, or you can bring your own.

Can I Cancel If I or a Family Member Gets Sick?
If it's October 24 or earlier, you can get a full refund of anything you have paid. If it's after that, only if you purchase travel protection. There is no refund if you just change your mind—only medical emergencies or transportation problems (canceled flights, closed airports, etc.) count for the refund policy.

What Do I Pack for a Cruise?
Check out my cruise packing list! It includes what to bring, and also what not to bring. Avoid overpacking or getting your forbidden items confiscated from your luggage.

Training & Coaching Questions

How Much Time Is Spent in Workshops Each Day?
Workshops are scheduled for two mornings when we are out at sea (typically 9am–12pm). The rest of each day is free for relaxation, connection, or working on what you’ve learned.

What If I Can’t Attend the Pre-Cruise Sessions Live?
All pre-cruise sessions are recorded and shared in our private group. You’ll also be able to ask questions and get support in between calls.

Do I Have to Share My Work or Speak in Front of the Group?
No one is ever forced to share. You’ll have opportunities for sharing, but participation is always at your comfort level.

Will This Help Me If I’ve Never Been Paid to Speak Before?
Yes! This cruise is designed to give you the tools and systems you need to become a paid speaker—whether you’re just getting started or trying to scale.

What If I Already Have a Signature Speech—Will This Still Help Me?
Definitely. We’ll help you polish it, clarify your audience, create or refine your funnel, and use AI to amplify your visibility and reach.

How Is the Training Delivered—Slides, Discussion, Hands-On?
Expect interactive sessions with live demos, discussion, AI prompting practice, and coaching. No boring PowerPoints—this is practical, high-energy, and ADHD-friendly.

Will I Get to Speak?
We won't be doing prepared speeches—but you will definitely get a chance to give an impromptu 2-minute speech during the cruise.

AI & ADHD Questions

What If I’ve Never Used AI Tools Before?
No problem! We start from the basics and move at an ADHD-friendly pace. You’ll leave with your own custom AI prompt library and feel confident using it.

What AI Platforms Will We Be Using, and Do I Need Accounts?
We primarily use ChatGPT. You’ll need a free or paid OpenAI account to follow along (we’ll send you setup instructions ahead of time).

Will I Be Taught How to Prompt ChatGPT Effectively?
Yes! You’ll learn specific, speaker-focused prompting techniques that help you write faster, stay organized, and sound like yourself.

Will This Help Me Stay Consistent and Organized After the Cruise?
Absolutely. That’s one of the main goals—equipping you with tools and systems that keep working long after you disembark.

Is This Training Geared Toward People With ADHD, or Will It Be Too Fast-Paced?
It’s designed specifically for ADHD brains. Expect clear structure, hands-on practice, lots of breaks, and a judgment-free environment where you can go at your own pace.

Community & Comfort Questions

Is There an Introvert-Friendly Vibe or Will It Be Super High-Energy?
It’s a mix of both. You’ll find high-energy sessions and deep conversations, but there’s always space for quiet, solo reflection. No pressure to be “on” all the time.

What Kind of People Usually Attend These Cruises?
Purpose-driven, growth-minded entrepreneurs with big ideas and bold hearts. Many are ADHD, all are fun, encouraging, and real.

Will I Be Forced to Mingle All Day or Can I Recharge Solo?
You can totally recharge. We build in white space every day and you’ll have full freedom to participate in whatever way feels good for you.

Do I Have to Share a Cabin With Someone I Don’t Know?
You can choose to room with a friend or we’ll match you with a fellow attendee if there is another solo cruiser—no guarantee there will be one though.

Can I Room With a Friend?
Yes! If you and a friend both register, just let us know and we’ll assign you to the same cabin.

What’s the Dress Code for the Cruise or Dinners?
Cruise casual all the way. Think sundresses, shorts, sandals, and one slightly dressier outfit for a group photo on formal night.

Will There Be Downtime Built Into the Schedule?
Absolutely. Mornings are for workshops, afternoons and evenings are completely open for rest, play, or whatever your brain needs.
